Privacy policy

1. About this policy

DIGITA3 LLC operates Mythic Brawl. This policy describes information used by the mobile game and its multiplayer service. For questions, contact info@digita3.com.

Game information is used to operate and support Mythic Brawl, not for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale to data brokers.

2. Device profiles & public names

The game creates a random profile identifier and authentication secret, stored in the device’s Keychain. It sends those credentials securely to the game service to recognize the profile. The database stores a hash of the secret rather than the secret itself.

The service stores your profile identifier, chosen knight name, and profile timestamps. Your custom name is visible to opponents and may appear with your wins on the public leaderboard. Use a nickname, not your real name, email address, or other personal information. The public leaderboard does not expose your profile identifier or secret.

3. Gameplay & match records

Position, actions, selected armor, and emotes are exchanged with the service and your opponent to run a match. Live room state is cleared when the room shuts down.

The service stores completed-match records, including participant profile identifiers, names at the time of the match, outcomes, final health, and match timing. These records support win totals and the integrity of match results.

The service may log connection identifiers, match identifiers, and errors for operation and troubleshooting. Hosting providers also process the network connection information needed to deliver the service, which can include IP addresses.

4. Apple purchases & local preferences

Apple processes armor payments. StoreKit supplies verified transaction information to the app to unlock and restore purchases. The game service does not receive your payment-card details or Apple purchase history. See Apple’s App Store privacy information for Apple’s processing.

Your chosen name, armor selection, and sound preferences are stored locally. The mobile app does not include advertising or a third-party analytics SDK, and does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.

5. Service providers & retention

Multiplayer hosting and database providers process game records to deliver the service. Opponents receive the name and gameplay information needed for a match; leaderboard visitors can see displayed names and wins.

Profile and completed-match records currently have no automatic expiry. Removing the app does not automatically erase server records, and the iOS Keychain may retain profile credentials. Changing your name does not necessarily remove name snapshots from earlier match records.

Operational logs and backups are managed separately by our hosting and database providers for service operation and recovery. Contact us for questions about records held by those providers. Removing the app does not request removal of those records.

6. Contact & privacy requests

For questions or requests concerning your records, email info@digita3.com. Your profile ID is available using the information button on the game’s main menu. Share it with support when needed to locate your records; never send your authentication secret or passwords.

The game does not currently include self-service server-data deletion. Requests need to be reviewed against the service’s records and applicable requirements. If you contact support, your email address and the information you provide are used to respond to your request.

7. This company website

This game policy is separate from website analytics. The DIGITA3 company website uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics in its existing site configuration. Those website integrations are not SDKs in the Mythic Brawl mobile app.

8. Updates

Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised date. For help with purchases, matchmaking, or your device profile, visit Mythic Brawl support.
