Delete your profile

If you still have the app

1. Open SETTINGS from the title screen.
2. Choose SAFETY & PRIVACY → DELETE PROFILE.
3. Read the notice and choose DELETE MY PROFILE.
4. Wait for the server’s confirmation. If the request fails or says pending, reconnect and retry; the app does not treat that failure as success.

If you cannot use the app

Email DIGITA3 LLC at info@digita3.com with the subject “TNT-MEN profile deletion request.” Include your player name, approximate last play date and device platform. This opens an email draft for you to review and send; this page does not automatically delete or transmit a request.

Player names are not unique. Support may need more information to locate your profile and verify ownership before deletion. We cannot promise to identify a guest profile from a name alone. Do not send your guest authentication secret, passwords, government ID or payment details. The in-app route is the most direct way to authenticate a deletion request.

What is removed

• The active online guest profile and its authentication membership.
• Your chosen name, scores and leaderboard entry.
• Related stored chat records, reports, conduct acceptance and block associations.
• The local profile information that the app resets after confirmation.

What may remain

A hashed deletion acknowledgement can remain for up to 24 hours to make interrupted requests safe to retry. An active ban retains only a pseudonymous hash identifier, its original deadline and reason code; the device retains a separate restriction receipt. This does not restore the deleted profile or retain its name, chat text, report details or scores. Finite bans expire; permanent bans require operator review or unban.

We cannot delete copies other players have saved. The final privacy notice must specify the handling of hosting backups and support correspondence before publication. Read the privacy policy draft for the full data-handling description.
