Privacy policy
Review draft for the upcoming TNT-MEN: ARENA release by DIGITA3 LLC. Prepared October 30, 2026; not yet published or effective.
1. The service and contact
TNT-MEN: ARENA is an online robot arena game operated by DIGITA3 LLC. This policy covers the game and its support pages. For privacy questions or requests, email info@digita3.com.
2. Your guest profile
The app creates a random local profile identifier and saves your chosen player name and settings on your device. When you join online, the server issues a guest authentication credential. The server stores a hash of that credential and uses a derived identifier to recognize your guest profile. You do not need to give the game an email address, phone number or social login to play.
The service stores your player name, gameplay totals and weekly wins/kills to operate the leaderboard. Your name and applicable leaderboard results can be visible to other players. This is a guest profile, not an Apple or Google account; it does not provide cross-device account recovery.
3. Matches, chat and safety
The server processes room membership, movement, TNT actions, outcomes and network connection information to run matches, synchronize players, reconnect a reserved seat and prevent invalid game actions. The hosting provider necessarily processes network information such as IP addresses to carry those connections.
If you use chat, your name and message are sent to the other players in that room. The server keeps a short rolling room history of up to 32 messages; room chat is cleared when a lobby becomes empty. Names and outgoing messages are checked by automated conduct filters. This is not a promise that every abusive message will be detected.
If a message is reported, the report stores the selected message text, displayed name, message identifier, reporter/target identifiers, reason, time and review status. Reports are retained for up to 90 days, or removed earlier when a related profile is deleted. Block relationships and conduct-rule acceptance are stored to support those features. Moderation actions can limit chat or play.
4. What is stored on your device
The app saves your guest credential, local profile identifier, player name, sound preference, conduct acceptance, blocked-player references, cached public standings and restriction status in its private app storage. A pending deletion request may retain a request nonce and credential until the server confirms completion, so an interrupted request can be retried safely.
After a banned profile is deleted, a separate local restriction receipt can remain until the server confirms that the suspension has ended. It cannot restore the deleted profile.
5. Why information is used and who processes it
Game information is used to provide matches and leaderboards, maintain service security, enforce conduct rules, process deletion and respond to support requests. The current game build does not contain advertising, in-app purchases or a third-party behavioral analytics SDK. Game information is not sold to data brokers or used for cross-app advertising.
The game server is hosted using Vultr infrastructure and managed through Coolify. Infrastructure providers process information needed to host and secure the service. If you contact support, your email address and the information you choose to include are used to respond through the support email service.
The DIGITA3 website separately uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics in production. Website visits may involve page-view, referrer, browser/device and network information, and Google Analytics may use cookies. That website measurement is separate from the game’s guest profile and chat.
6. Deleting your profile
You can request deletion in the app through SETTINGS → SAFETY & PRIVACY → DELETE PROFILE and confirm the request. Online deletion requires server confirmation. A failed or interrupted request is not shown as successfully finalized; keep the app available and retry when connected.
Successful deletion removes the service’s active profile authentication membership, chosen name, scores, related chat records, reports, conduct acceptance and block associations, and resets the local profile. A short-lived hashed acknowledgement receipt may be retained for up to 24 hours so retries do not recreate or repeat the account deletion.
Deleting a profile does not cancel an active ban. To prevent the normal delete-and-rejoin bypass, the server retains only a pseudonymous credential-hash identifier, the existing ban deadline and its reason code. The deleted name, messages, report details and scores are not copied into that restriction record. A finite restriction record expires when the ban ends; a permanent ban remains until lifted by the operator. The device’s restriction receipt is removed after the server confirms expiry or an unban. You can contact support about a restriction.
If you cannot use the app, see profile deletion requests. We may need to verify that a request relates to your profile before acting. Deletion cannot erase screenshots or copies already saved by other players. Hosting backups and operational logs need a final documented retention schedule before this policy is published.
7. Security and retention
Access to the server’s stored credentials and moderation records is restricted to service administration. The current beta ENet game connection is not configured with transport encryption, and chat is not end-to-end encrypted. Do not send private or sensitive information in chat. Transport security must be reviewed before making an encrypted-in-transit declaration in the stores.
Profiles and scores remain until you delete them. Weekly standings use weekly counters while lifetime totals may remain with the profile. Room state is temporary; short chat history is room-scoped. Report, deletion-receipt and ban retention are described above. No fixed support-email retention period is asserted in this draft.
8. Younger players and policy updates
The game is not being presented as a children-directed service. Its intended audience and final store age ratings are still being reviewed, especially because optional online chat is available. Do not submit a child’s personal information through chat or support. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
Material changes to the game’s data handling, advertising, purchases or providers will require this policy and the store disclosures to be reviewed and updated. The final published policy will carry its effective date.
